“Like the wallpaper sticks to the wall. Like the seashore clings to the sea.”
“Like you’ll never get rid of your shadow, you’ll never get rid of me. Let all the others fight and fuss whatever happens, we’ve got us.”
“We’re closer than pages that stick in a book. We’re closer than ripples that play in a brook.”
“Me and my shadow strolling down the avenue. Wherever you find him, you’ll find me, just look.”
“Not a soul can bust this team in two. We stick together like glue.”
“Me and my shadow, and to repeat what I said at the start; they’ll need a large crowbar to break us apart.”
“We’re alone but far from blue. Life is gonna be we-wow-whoo!”
Me and My Shadow ( as sung by Frank Sinatra and Sammy Davis, Jr.)

Lily seems to be feeling a little better. I had to giver her a bath this morning – she smelled bad.
Comment by giveitatry March 5, 2008 @ 1:41 pmIt is AMAZINGLY eerie how much Jasper looks like Freddy!!
Well, except for the fact that Freddy’s got some extra “insulation” around the mid-section, that is.
heheheheheee
Comment by Ms. H March 5, 2008 @ 6:05 pmperfect song choice.
Comment by Pamela March 6, 2008 @ 1:53 amThe leash is sooooooooooo long. I remember walking my rotty (who was the exact same coloring), and I had an 8 inch leash.
Now I can’t wait for photos of Jasper in the SNOW! Don’t lose your dog…it’s getting deep in this neck of the woods.
Comment by Tiggerlane March 6, 2008 @ 7:55 pmSoooooooooo cute!
